How long does delivery take? Delivery
Standard items dispatch in 2–4 business days; delivery usually takes 5–10 days depending on your pincode. Made-to-order furniture shares an estimated timeline at checkout.
Is assembly included with my order? Assembly
Many products are delivered pre-assembled. If assembly is required, we include instructions or offer a professional service at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order? Orders
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also check the My Orders section on your account using your order ID.
What is your return policy? Returns
Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customized or final-sale items are not eligible. See our full Return & Refund Policy.
When will I receive my refund? Payments
Once your return is approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Do your products come with a warranty? Warranty
Yes—most items include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (duration varies by product). Normal wear, moisture damage, or misuse aren’t covered.
Can I customize size, finish, or fabric? Customization
We offer customization on many designs. Share dimensions/finish requirements with our team; we’ll confirm feasibility, pricing, and timelines before production.
Do you offer EMI or BNPL options? Payments
Select cards and gateways support EMI/BNPL at checkout. Eligibility and tenure options appear automatically based on your payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged? Delivery
Please share unboxing photos/videos with our support within 48 hours. We’ll arrange replacement parts, a repair visit, or a replacement depending on the issue.
